Hello everyone,
Sorry Ive been MIA for the last week, I have been so busy with work and then I got the flu so never had the change to sign in.
 Well to let you all know I'm still on track, I did have a cheat day which set me back but its ok because I picked up where I left off.
 I'm still doing the low carb eating plan and let me tell you, it sure does work! but you have to be careful because once you eat carbs the weight can go right back on in now time, that's why if you have a cheat day you need to get back on track the next!

For breakfast today I had yummy eggs and sausage with a cup of coffee, I got off to a late start because Ive been laying in bed trying to fight off the bug, so haven't had anything else to eat yet.
I will post my low carb dinner tonight!

Day 8 and feelin great!

Its been 8 days now and I haven't cheated!! Wow.. this is a first for me!
Every Monday is my weigh in day. I got on the scale today to find out I have dropped 11 pounds! Whaooo!!!! This is so exciting for me, and makes me want to keep up the good work!
 Now I'm not going to sit here and say that is has been easy because that's far from the truth, you should have seen me last night. I was craving something sweet so bad that i sat in front of my food cabinets and whined about not being able to have anything...lol.. it was ridiculous!
 I have only been eating LOW carb things, I even went to Panda Express the other night because I was un prepared, but I only ordered the meat and veggies, NO rice!

Tonight I'm going to be making Turkey chili burgers without he bun! I will post the link soon!

Still need to add in that exercise, Ive been putting it off but If I wanna look good and tone at the end of my weight loss I need to get started on that ASAP!

Day # 5

Wow, I'm feeling great!!! Today is my 5th day on the low carb meal plans and I'm down 10 pounds!! yes its true and I'm in total shock. Now I know this is very unusual, but shocking your body with no carbs in the beginning really melts away the fat!
 No I don't expect this to happen from here on out. I'm hoping for 1 to 2 lbs a week. That would make me very happy!
 This is honestly my first time NOT cheating on this plan,but don't get me wrong I had to fight off all the craving floating around in my head.
This time I held myself accountable for my own actions and it feels really good!
 The blog really helps me stay on track, even if I'm the only one reading it!!

I feel like this picture shows that all of us can do what we want , if we just put our mind to it and stop saying we CANT!!

Stared off the morning right again!!
 These egg white omelets are so good, and very filling at the same time! You can create your own omelet with whatever you like, I always add a meat because it helps fill me up, then put a bit of salsa on top when its ready! Yummy

I didn't have to as bad of cravings as I did yesterday but of course they did come and go, I tried to do other things when I felt like giving up and eating something bad. Like I went and got my nails done, went shopping and read a book, and of course I had my green tea! This is one of my very fav ones. You can get it at almost any grocery store.

Dinner tonight was a hit, I choose to make a roasted chicken in the crock pot, I did add potato's and carrots which do have a lot of carbs but I do have a family to feed so I made a decision not to eat then and add in a salad! The chicken was so tender it was falling off the bone!! Just how I like it, but now Im sitting here and that little sweet tooth fairy is back..ughh.. well I think this will fight her off!
Its Jell-o and light whipping cream, great treat when your doing low carbs!

Today was a good day!

Hello my bloggers!
Day two is down and I made it though. I started my morning with a cup of coffee and a tiny bit of creamer! Cant go without that. I made myself a egg white  omelet with veggies and turkey sausage again! Its so good and way low in carbs.
 Did the turkey roll ups again for lunch with an apple, I know apples have carbs but not to much and I was starting to get a headache so I went for it!
 Dinner was a complete fail! I went for a Lemon Dill chicken and broccoli recipe, Its smelled amazing as I was cooking it, looked great on the plate when it was done, but when we started to eat the chicken it was like eating rubber :(
So all we ate was the broccoli. I was so sad because I thought I had made this new amazing low carb dish but it turned out I was wrong.. Now I'm  sitting here wondering what to make myself?? my other half went for the kill and made good old Top Ramen. Wish I could have that!
Still need to get going on the exercise part, Eric bought me the Zumba for our Wii which is a lot of fun and a great workout, I just need to DO it!!!
 Im hoping for tomorrow morning, tonight Im just going to sit her on my couch and maybe look for a healthy snack!
