So as you know today is the first day on my "new life style" and I'm already feeling the struggle, but I know I can do this!!
For breakfast I had a yummy egg white omelet with turkey sausage, onion, bell pepper and garlic! It really was good!
Lunch i made myself some turkey roll ups with raw veggies
Tonight I'm going to be making a chicken stir fry :)
The sweet tooth craving are still here, considering last night I ate a ton of my favorite cookies, but Im going to be strong and fight them!
